Plans and limits

Your plan decides how many projects, objects, panels and exports you may have. The current plan and your usage are in Account → Plan.

Current prices are in the plan table on the Plan tab.

  • Projects on Free — one project for the whole account: the My first project you get when you sign up. Deleting a project does not give the slot back.
  • Projects on Craftsman — new projects created in a calendar month. Unused ones do not carry over to the next month.
  • Panels — the sum of the panels in every object of every project. Blockers are not counted.
  • Exports — every specification PDF and every cut-list CSV export, counted per calendar month.

On the Free plan, every AI credit top-up unlocks 20 objects and unlimited panels for 12 months from the latest top-up. See AI credits and top-up.

The Plan limit reached window opens, explains what was reached and offers See plans.

Nothing is deleted. If you move to a smaller plan or an unlock ends, every project and object stays — you just can’t add new ones beyond the limits or export the specification of a project that is larger than the limits.

Paid plans are paid by invoice and bank transfer — for companies and sole traders only.

  1. On the Plan tab, click Order (a bigger plan) or Switch (a smaller paid plan) in the plan table.
  2. Choose the Period (Monthly or Yearly) and the mode: Renews (a new proforma for every period) or One-time (no renewal). For Workshop Plus, also choose the number of Seats.
  3. Fill in Company data for invoices: company name, registration number and address. They are shown on every proforma and invoice.
  4. Optionally turn on Add AI credits to the same payment.
  5. Click Send order.
  6. The proforma arrives by email. The plan is activated once the payment arrives, and the invoice arrives by email (and by post if you want — see Configuration).

While an order is waiting for its invoice, you can withdraw it with Withdraw. Only one order can wait at a time.

If you move to a more expensive plan, the remaining days of your current plan are kept and continue after the new one ends. A cheaper plan ordered while a paid one is running starts when the current one ends.

Cancel subscription stops the renewal: the plan lasts until the end of the paid period, then you move to Free.
