AI credits and top-up
You can use AI in two ways. They work independently and can both be active at the same time. Both are on the Account → AI tab.

AI credits
Section titled “AI credits”The AI credits card shows:
- Free credits — granted once with a paid plan. They are not renewed.
- Paid credits — from top-ups. Used after the free credits; they never expire.
- Spent this month.
In a workshop, every member shares the credits.
Topping up
Section titled “Topping up”- Click Top up credits.
- Enter the Amount — there is a minimum top-up, shown in the window.
- The proforma arrives by email. The credits are booked as soon as the payment arrives.
You can also pay a top-up together with a plan order — see Plans and limits.
Assistant payment
Section titled “Assistant payment”In the Assistant payment card you choose how the in-app assistant’s calls are paid:
- Credits — free credits first, then paid credits.
- Own provider key — the assistant runs on your Anthropic or OpenAI account. The provider bills the calls; no credits are used.
In a workshop, the owner chooses and it applies to every member.
Your own key
Section titled “Your own key”- In the Provider keys card, paste an API key for Anthropic (Claude models) or OpenAI (GPT models).
- Click Save. The app checks the key right away; you can test it later with Test.
Keys are stored encrypted and are never shown again — you only see the last 4 characters.
The Usage card shows the credit movements (top-ups, free credits with the plan) and the latest assistant calls.
When the credits run out
Section titled “When the credits run out”The assistant stops until you top up or switch to your own key. In a workshop, the owner tops up.
