Data export and deletion

Both are in the Your data card at the bottom of the Account → Security tab.

Download your data

Section titled “Download your data”

Click Download. You get a ZIP with your projects, objects, materials, hardware and uploaded files.

Deleting the account

Section titled “Deleting the account”
  1. Click Delete account….
  2. If you sign in with a password, enter your Current password. If you sign in with Google, you must have signed in during the last 10 minutes — if not, click Sign in again.
  3. Confirm that you understand the account cannot be restored after 14 days, then click Delete account.

What happens next:

  • The account is locked right away and you are signed out on every device.
  • For 14 days you can still sign in, download your data and click Cancel the deletion.
  • After 14 days the account is deleted for good, together with its projects, objects, materials, hardware, catalog entries and uploaded files.
